Ques 1: Why should I join this course and how will this be helpful?

Ans: This course is designed to provide you with knowledge and skills in all subjects, which are highly relevant to the NIOS exam pattern. 

Ques 2: Who can join this batch?

Ans: This batch is specifically for students who are appearing for the NIOS Public Examinations in April 2026 and Ocober 2026. If you're planning to take your exams in either of these sessions, you're eligible to enroll in this course.

Ques 3: How will the classes be conducted? What will happen if I miss a class?

Ans: All classes will be live at the scheduled time, and if you miss any class, you can access the recording anytime.

Ques 4: Can the classes be downloaded?

Ans: Yes, you can download videos of any enrolled course.
For security reasons, the downloaded video requires a short initial network check, after which you can watch the full video offline.

Ques 5: How will I get my doubts answered?

Ans: Dedicated doubt-clearing classes are conducted by teachers every 15 days to help students with any questions they have. Additionally, during regular online classes, if you have doubts on the topic being taught, you can ask at the end of the session. Teachers allocate 5–10 minutes after each class specifically for doubt resolution (Note: General Doubts are also covered in this session).

Ques 6: Are TMA and Practical solutions available?

Ans: Yes, TMA (Tutor Marked Assignments) & Practical Solutions will be provided as a PDF file in the dedicated Telegram group.

Ques 7: What is the Refund Policy?

Ans: Dear students, a refund after a batch purchase is not allowed as we have already invested a lot in providing the best learning experience to our valued students, including tech infrastructure, employee salaries, etc. Please make a conscious decision before purchasing a batch.
